El Salvador!

Quick post... but the word is in, the invite is for El Salvador leaving on the 18th of September. I´m still down in Antigua, but I called Katie to have her tell me over the phone. It´s going to be a hard last two days of Spanish classes, lots of distracted thinking. On the other hand...now at least I know all this Spanish time will come in handy! Cheers!

Invite in the Mail!!

Hey, so this is the first post from overseas. I´m actually in Antigua Guatemala learning more Spanish right now. This news couldn´t wait till I got home though, we finally have an invitation from the Peace Corps coming in the mail, Woo Hoo!

It´s a bit ironic that I might not be there when it arrives. Katie´s at home though, so she´ll take care of it. I´m hoping that it actually doesn´t arrive until I´m home too, it´d be more fair that way.

So, for anyone actually checking up on this infrequently updated blog, we should know where we are going, and when fairly soon. I´ll post that one from home. Cheers!
